SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Free shipping on all orders above PKR 2000. Upon placing an order, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our Customer Service Associate to ensure order accuracy. Once your order has been confirmed, it will dispatched from our warehouse. If the item(s) in “Cash on Delivery” order are out of stock in our warehouse, then we will only ship the available item(s). You will be informed via phone or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any given reason. Your order should be delivered within 2 - 5 business days via CALL COURIER, TCS or Pakistan Post.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Shipping is free on all orders above PKR 2000.
  • Standard shipping charges are PKR 250 on orders below PKR 2000.
  • Your order will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days from the day of placing your order.
  • Orders placed before 12 PM PST will be dispatched the same day else they will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • Working days excludes Sundays and public holidays.
  • Orders received on Sundays and on public holidays will be processed on the next working day
